Returns

1. Prepare Your Return Request

If your parcel arrives damaged:
If you notice visible damage to your parcel at the time of delivery, please take clear photos and, where possible, refuse the delivery.
If the parcel has already been accepted, contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the damage so we can assist you.

If your parcel is not damaged but you wish to return it:
You may notify us of your intention to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to send the items back.

Important information regarding returns:

  • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Due to the hygienic nature of perfumes and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, tested, or used, even once.

  • If products were purchased as part of a set, bundle, or single order, all items must be returned together to be eligible for a refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or faulty product:
Although rare, manufacturing defects can occur. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us and describe the issue.
If a defect is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a refund or replacement.


2. Submit Your Request

To start your return, please email info@perfumemarket.nl and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the product and/or parcel

Providing photos helps us review your request efficiently.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your email has been reviewed, our customer service team will provide further instructions on how to safely package and return your items.


3. Arrange Collection

If applicable, a DPD courier pickup can be arranged.
Please note: if a courier collection is used for a change-of-mind return, the collection fee will be deducted from your refund.


4. Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned items or valid proof of return, we will inspect them.
Refunds are processed within 14 days, and you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
