Consumers in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, unless a legal exception applies.

After your request is submitted, we will review it and confirm the next steps by email.

Please note that submitting a withdrawal or return request does not mean that the return is automatically accepted. We may review the request based on the delivery date, product condition, and any applicable legal exceptions.

For perfumes, cosmetics, skincare, and similar hygiene-sensitive products, the right of withdrawal may not apply once the protective seal has been broken or the product has been opened, tested, or used.
